• Once we receive your reservation (if implied, involves a monetary deposit), we will send you a confirmation including all the services, bookings and any special accommodation requested.
• The client reserves the right to make any tailored requests that fall within the company's capacity to accommodate. We ask that both the company and the client agree on an itinerary before the client makes a monetary deposit.
• Please be advised that reservation can only be made possible if client’s passport is valid for more than six months from the date of departure.
• Clients that are 70+ years old are required to sign an exclusive medical agreement with the company to ensure they are capable of participating in the tour. It is the client’s responsibility to enroll in an international insurance program and check up with their primary physicians before signing up. The company reserves the rights to request for any medical documents needed for the client’s safety and the success of the tour.
• Travel insurance is strictly mandatory for clients that are 80+ years old.

• Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, wire transfers, and cash.
• Group tours and individual visitors or small family groups have different payment methods. Depending on the nature of the itinerary (number of nights stay, date of departure, etc.) and the number of participants in each group, payments will be processed using various methods. Contact us for detailed payment arrangements.
• We primarily accept United States Dollars as the payment currency; however, we are open to discussing alternatives.
• A receipt will be issued subsequently to any transfers into our accounts, including but not limited to deposits, service charges, and/or any other indicated payments. An invoice will only be given upon request.
• Full prepayment is required a certain days before the commencement of services. Clients will be informed of payment requirements. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservations.

• A reservation with an accommodation or service provider via this gateway confirms that you have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions related to cancellations or no-shows. The service provider is therefore authorized to charge the applicable fee.
• Cancellation and no-show fees are at your expense. These conditions may differ from service providers that you will be informed about.
• Please note that certain rates or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation, change, or refund.
• No refund will be issued fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days before departure.
• Cancellation by the client more than thirty (30) days before departure, refunds are to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• The company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
• The company may modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or other factors. Clients will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Golden Smile Travel reserves the right to charge any additional fees in accordance with the agreements between the company and our suppliers. We will inform you in advance of the amount of such charges, if any.

All confirmed refunds, in the event of cancellations or amendments, will be credited to your bank account within thirty (30) business days. Please be advised that refund policies may vary between banks, which can affect the speed of the processing procedure.

Golden Smile Travel considers complaints as valuable feedback to improve our service delivery. We request that service delivery failures or customer concerns be reported during the customer’s stay to one of our tour coordinators or our representatives. It is our commitment to solve irregularities on the spot.

We reserve the right to refuse to take action on perceived irregularities submitted to the company seven (7) days after our clients return to their home country.
