1. PAYMENT METHODS

At GST Vietnam Travel (Golden Smile Travel), we offer flexible payment options to ensure a smooth booking process for our international guests. Since we customize tours based on your needs, we do not use an automated shopping cart. Instead, payments are processed after you confirm your itinerary with our travel consultants.

Option 1: Bank Transfer (International Wire Transfer) Recommended for large transactions and advance deposits.

Option 2: Cash Payment You can pay directly at our head office upon arrival in Vietnam (for remaining balances only).

2. DELIVERY POLICY (SHIPPING POLICY)

Since GST Vietnam Travel provides travel services (Tours, Visa, Hotel bookings, Transfers), strictly no physical shipping is involved. All “products” are delivered digitally.

2.1. Mode of Delivery

  • All service confirmations, E-tickets, E-Visas, and Vouchers will be sent to the customer via Email or Messaging Apps (WhatsApp/Zalo) registered during the booking process.

  • Customers do not need to wait for physical delivery. You can simply print the documents or show them on your mobile device to use the services.

2.2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • For Tour Bookings: The Booking Confirmation and Itinerary will be sent within 24 hours after the deposit/payment is successfully received.

  • For E-Visa Services: The E-Visa result will be delivered via email within 3-5 working days (standard processing) or as agreed upon for urgent requests.

  • For Transport/Hotel Vouchers: Sent 3 days prior to your arrival date.

2.3. Geographic Limitation

  • Our services are valid for use within the territory of Vietnam (and Indochina where specified).

  • Digital delivery (Email) is available worldwide.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Bank Transfer or Credit Card) within 7-14 working days, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
