You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.   • Use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law.

7. SERVICE SPECIFICS & DISCLAIMERS

  1. Verification of Documents When we send you travel documents (visa results, flight tickets, vouchers), it is your responsibility to immediately verify that all information is correct. You must notify us of any errors immediately. Golden Smile Travel is not responsible for consequences arising if you fail to check your documents before departure.
  2. Processing Times Processing times provided are estimates only and are based on our experience with consulates and government agencies. We do not guarantee specific completion dates as these are subject to government processing speeds, holidays, or unexpected delays.
  3. No Guarantee of Results Use of the Service does not guarantee that you will obtain a visa or be allowed entry into a country. The final decision rests entirely with the relevant government authority.

8. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  1. Payment Methods We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your order, including our service fees and any government/consular fees.
  2. Refund Policy
  • Government/Consular Fees: Non-refundable once paid to the respective authority.
  • Service Fees:
    • Full Refund: If an error by Golden Smile Travel causes your application to be rejected.
    • No Refund: If you cancel the service after processing has begun, or if rejection is due to your failure to provide accurate information, or due to your own ineligibility (e.g., blacklisted).

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Smile Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to Golden Smile Travel for the specific service from which the claim arose.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

By using our Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS, or via messaging apps like WhatsApp/WeChat) regarding your orders, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
